Flodova Clinic Timor-Leste and Siloam Hospital Kupang Officially Sign MOU for Patient Referral System

Flodova Clinic Timor-Leste is proud to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siloam Hospital Kupang, establishing a formal partnership for patient referral services from Timor-Leste to Kupang via Flodova Clinic.

Siloam Hospital Kupang was chosen as the nearest private hospital accessible by land routes, with plans to also establish an air evacuation route between Dili and Kupang in the near future. With its state-of-the-art facilities, Siloam Hospital Kupang provides comprehensive medical services, including:

✅ Laser kidney stone treatment
✅ Cardiac catheterization (Cath Lab)

This MOU builds upon previous successful collaborations where Flodova Clinic and Siloam Kupang have coordinated multiple patient referrals and evacuations with excellent outcomes.

The signing ceremony was held at Siloam Hospital Kupang, attended by the directors of both institutions, followed by a hospital and executive clinic tour. Flodova Clinic also showcased its ambulance readiness, fully equipped with oxygen and ventilators, ensuring safe and efficient patient transfers from Dili to Kupang.
